MetroBenchmark Stays collects booking information needed to process reservations, communicate with guests, prevent duplicate bookings, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Booking records may include guest name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest count, payment status and reservation amount. Access is limited to authorized operations.

If you register or log in, your email address and optional account name are used for account access and email verification through Supabase Auth. An essential login cookie keeps your session active for up to one hour; you can log out at any time. An account is not required to book as a guest.
