House Rules

These rules are shown before direct booking and form part of the stay agreement.

• Check-in after 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. (Calgary local time).
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
• No parties or events.
• No unauthorized overnight guests.
• No smoking inside the property.
• Guests must respect neighbours and local noise rules.
• Parking is limited to the areas designated in the check-in instructions.
• The primary booking guest is responsible for damage caused by the group.
