Cancellation Policy

Choose a rate plan before payment. The selected terms are saved with your reservation.

Option 1 · Non-refundable

Save 10% on accommodation. Cancel within 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed for a full refund, even if check-in has already occurred. After 24 hours, no refund.

Option 2 · Regular

Standard accommodation price. Cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled 4:00 p.m. check-in in Calgary local time for a full refund. After that deadline, no refund.

Option 3 · Flex

Pay 10% more for accommodation. Cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled 4:00 p.m. check-in in Calgary local time for a full refund. After that deadline, no refund.

A full refund returns the entire amount paid, including cleaning fees and taxes. Price adjustments apply only to accommodation; cleaning fees stay the same. Applicable taxes are calculated on the adjusted price. Airbnb promotional discounts do not apply.

For cancellation requests, email htgeng@hotmail.com or call 403-613-7498. Refund eligibility is based on when your cancellation request is received, not when it is processed. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Check-in after 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m., Calgary local time.
